Has anyone ever used KIWI shoe polish on leather furniture?

I use it on my shoes it doesn%26#039;t rub off, it does a great job......... don%26#039;t understand why I can use it on my leather sofa..... it needs something

Has anyone ever used KIWI shoe polish on leather furniture?
I think kiwi shoe polish is a good quality brand, if you want to use it on your sofa, go ahead, I do. The idea of the color rubbing off is silly because if you sit on any leather sofa and slide around on it, color will rub off. That is why people with white jeans don%26#039;t sit on dark leather sofas and slide all over it. Also is reverse, a white sofa will attract color from even the most washed out jeans. The waxes in the polish are good for your sofa so rub and polish away! And when your done, curl up and take a nap on it. :)
Reply:You have to think WHY your leather sofa needs color on it. It%26#039;s probably because the color rubbed off from using it.

If you use KIWI polish on the sofa, it is going to rub off onto your clothes! You might not notice that the polish comes off of your shoes, because you%26#039;re not sitting on them all the time (at least I hope you%26#039;re not) :-)
Reply:SHOE POLISH IS FOR SHOES !!!

It has waxes and color in it and should NEVER touch your leather furniture. Get lexol or No Bull leather cleaner. Or any other leather cleaner and conditioner made for leather. You can find some great product links on the right of these pages herehttp://www.mobileleatherservice.com/Leat...

Or get this stuff off ebay....

But again.. Do not use shoe polish or any of the other non proferssional suggestions you find all over the internet.
Reply:I think you will be better off using something made for your purpose. Something like Meguiars that is sold for leather seating in cars. Also it won%26#039;t discolor your clothing as the previous answerer mentioned re the shoe polish.
