What's the best way to get shoe dye/polish off carpet?
get soap on a sponge and soak it under hot water and squeeze it really hard then scrub against the floor. if that dosent work you should try some detergent or shampoo.
Reply:i have used a damp cloth and iron and placed the cloth on the spot and then used the iron and steam to pull both shoe polish and wax out of carper
just iron the damp cloth on the spot and it should pull it up
